A handcrafted gold vulva is carefully stretched open and worn. The work considers the vulva as an intimate border, a frame crossed by external bodies through sex and birth. The performed object is irrevocably transformed, using the properties of annealed metal to explore the parallels between material elasticity and the body's capacity for physical and emotional resilience.
